Note #1 – Teach Myself to Play

When I create a game I add stuff to it as I go. I play-test it as I go. This means I necessarily teach myself to play in a simpler world. In a simple one-screen game like my semi-netball one this means some attention has to be held in order to ensure that the player can face that same environment. It is essentially to not overwhelm the player with newness.

You can forget that when it isn’t new to you.
